Todd served with two South Florida police agencies over his 25 year career. A Sergeant for 16 years, he created and supervised his department’s Field Training Program, oversaw Traffic Operations and Traffic Homicide Investigations, and for nearly a decade, supervised the Criminal Investigations unit consisting of Detectives, Crime Scene Investigators, and Property & Evidence.
