Serving Detective Sergeant

As a young person Martyn was involved with a low level street gang. In later life he joined the police and became a Detective working on a busy London Borough where he proactively investigated gang crimes. He has spent time in the US where he has completed gangs training and patrolled with gang enforcement units. He holds a US title of Certified Basic Gang Specialist and now teaches professionals on gangs and exploitation. 

Ex-Detective Chief Inspector

A DCI who specialized in the murky world of informants and assisting offenders.  He provides a wide array of experience within the informant world operating as a handler, controller and authorising officer.  

His operational experience covers Force, cross border, Counter terrorism and serious organised crime arenas. 

Ex-Detective Chief Inspector

Sav has a combined police and military career of over 30 years. This included overseas operational tours as a senior investigator with the RMP Specialist Investigation Branch, whilst his MPS service saw him working in covert and proactive roles and leading teams in SCO8 Gangs Command, SO15 Counter Terrorism Command and overseas with the FCO.

An experienced investigator, having the unique experience of spending over 17 years on Homicide teams, performing at all ranks within a Homicide investigation from DC, DS, DI and DCI. Roles performed include advanced interviewer, and interview advisor, CCTV officer, Family Liaison Officer (FLO) and FLO Manager, Advanced exhibits at crime scenes, Disclosure, telephones, intelligence roles.
